By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Auction Terms & Conditions.
1. Auction Format
The auction will take place in person at 265 Golf Old Course, Route du Golf, 06210 Mandelieu-la-Napoule, France on Sunday 1 June 2026.
Items will be auctioned live, and the highest valid bid at the close of bidding will be deemed the winning bid.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse, reject or withdraw any bid or auction item at its sole discretion.
The organiser’s decision is final in all matters relating to bidding, winners and prize allocation.
2. Eligibility
Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
By placing a bid, participants confirm that they are legally entitled to make charitable donations in their own name and enter into a binding agreement.
3. Winning Bids & Payment
All bids placed during the auction are binding.
The winning bidder must complete payment by making a charitable donation equal to the winning bid amount.
Donations may be made via the MOY Auction Page or via the designated QR code used for event fundraising activities.
Payment must be completed within 30 days of the event unless otherwise agreed by the organiser.
Proof of donation/payment must be provided before any prize is released or fulfilled.
If payment is not completed within the required timeframe, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and either offer it to another bidder or re-auction the item.
4. Prizes
All prizes will be issued or arranged following confirmation of payment.
Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.
Images and descriptions used in promotional materials are representative only and may vary slightly from the final item or experience.
Delivery times may vary depending on the prize provider and winner location. The organiser accepts no responsibility for delays outside of its reasonable control.
Where applicable, memorabilia items are supplied as collectibles. Minor variations in presentation, framing or packaging may occur.
Where available, certificates of authenticity will be provided for memorabilia items.
Prizes are accepted entirely at the winner’s own risk.
5. Experiences & Travel
Experiences, hospitality packages, accommodation and event tickets are subject to availability and the terms of the individual prize provider.
Flights are not included unless explicitly stated within the prize description.
Any additional costs not specifically outlined in the prize description - including but not limited to taxes, insurance, visas, transfers, meals, transport or personal expenses - are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Certain prizes may be subject to blackout dates, validity periods or supplier-specific redemption conditions. Winners are responsible for redeeming prizes within the stated timeframe.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes may not be resold for commercial gain.
6. Charity & Proceeds
Proceeds from the auction and associated fundraising activities will support the chosen charities: Teac Tom and Une Voix Pour Elles.
Funds raised help support vital mental health, suicide intervention, domestic violence and community support services.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, cancellation or expense arising from participation in the auction or the acceptance, use or redemption of any prize.
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement or alteration of any prize, event or experience due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel disruption, supplier cancellation, venue closures or force majeure events.
8. Privacy
Any personal information provided in connection with the auction will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for administering the auction, processing donations and facilitating prize fulfilment.
9. General
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
By placing a bid, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
