Auction Terms & Conditions

By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Auction Terms & Conditions.

1. Auction Format

  • The auction will take place in person at ROY'S, KO OLINA GOLF COURSE, 92-1220 ALIINUI DRIVE, KAPOLEI, HI 96707 on Sunday the 18th of January 2026.

  • Items will be auctioned live, and the highest valid bid at the close of bidding will be deemed the winning bid.

  • The organiser’s decision is final in all matters relating to bidding and winners.

2. Eligibility

  • Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

  • By bidding, you confirm that you are legally able to make a charitable donation in your name.

3. Winning Bids & Payment

  • All bids are binding.

  • The winning bidder must complete payment by making a charitable donation equal to the winning bid amount.

  • Donations may be made to Teac Tom, Hina Mauka, or split between both charities.

  • Proof of donation must be provided before any prize is released.

  • If payment is not completed within a reasonable timeframe after the event, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to another bidder or re-auction the item.

4. Prizes

  • All prizes will be sent after the event, once payment has been confirmed.

  • Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.

  • Images and descriptions are representative and may vary slightly from the final item.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the prize and location. The organiser will not be responsible for delays outside of its control.
  • Where applicable, memorabilia items are authentic and supplied as collectibles. Minor variations in presentation or framing may occur.

5. Experiences & Travel (where applicable)

  • Experiences and tickets are subject to availability.

  • Flights are not included, unless explicitly stated.

  • Any additional costs not outlined in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Charity & Proceeds

  • 100% of auction proceeds go directly to the chosen charity or charities.

  • The event organiser does not receive or retain auction funds.

7. General

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw auction items if required.

  • Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the auction and prize delivery.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the auction or use of any prize.

  • By placing a bid, participants accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
