Cathal Quinn
Cathal Quinn is a leading voice in the data center sector, bringing decades of experience to some of the most complex infrastructure projects. As MOY’s CEO, he combines deep technical knowledge with strategic vision, helping U.S. operators navigate challenges and deliver resilient, high-performance facilities.
Claire is MOY’s Senior Business Development Manager in the US, where she guides and supports the BD team as they deepen client relationships and open up new market opportunities. In this role, she mentors team members, helps shape growth strategy, and ensures MOY continues to deliver the high standards of service, technical expertise, and innovation the business is known for.
She brings a cross-sector background spanning strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and revenue-focused business development. Claire has worked within large, multi-site organisations, building alignment across teams and leading clear, precise external communications. She’s also supported executive teams through complex initiatives, combining relationship-led strategy with measurable outcomes - strengthening market visibility, building partner trust, and positioning organizations for long-term growth.

Elizabeth LaGrange is MOY’s Business Development Manager for the USA, and brings over 4 years of experience in the data center construction industry. With a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment for hyperscale clients, she brings excellent relationship management skills and a strategic mindset to driving business growth and partnerships across the U.S. market.
Sarah is MOY’s Business Development Manager, supporting the company’s growth across the U.S. market by building and strengthening relationships with owners, operators, and A/E/C partners. She brings deep experience in the mission-critical and data center industry, having spent three years on the electrical infrastructure side helping customers with backup power systems and critical facility services.
Highly active in the industry community, Sarah co-founded the Data Center YP (DCYP) group in Oregon, later helping launch the Seattle chapter. She also serves on several 7×24 Exchange boards, including DCYP Founders, WiMCO, and the National Marketing Committee.
Outside of work, Sarah is passionate about giving back. She has volunteered with Make-A-Wish and served as an American Heart Association Leader of Impact, helping raise funds for heart health - experiences that reflect her commitment to community, teamwork, and cause-driven leadership. When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find her spending time with her cats or taking on a new challenge - she recently started ski lessons and is enjoying the learning curve.
