Certification & Regulation

Moy roofing systems comply with leading US and international standards. We meet ASTM D6754 standards, Cool Roof Rating Council certification, and meet California Title 24 reflectivity/emissivity requirements.

Our materials support LEED v4/v4.1 credits (e.g., MR, Heat Island Reduction, Product Disclosure & Optimization). We also provide an independently verified Type III Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) that covers cradle-to-grave life-cycle performance including a 40 year reference service life.

FiberTite® Membranes

FiberTite® single-ply roofing systems are built for exceptional durability, fire performance, and resistance to the wear that typically shortens the life of conventional membranes. Using a four-layer structure with proven reinforcement and an Elvaloy.  Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) polymer formula, FiberTite delivers superior flexibility, puncture resistance, and long-term protection against UV, chemicals, and fire, making it ideal for critical infrastructure like data centers.
