Meet the Team

Lucas is involved in assisting with DC (Data Centre) projects across Europe. His role at MOY leverages his extensive experience in both design engineering and project management. Although his background is not specifically in roofing, Lucas's role requires him to collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes for complex construction projects. His understanding of both the installation and design aspects of construction helps bridge gaps and facilitate effective teamwork.

Lucas began his career as a plumber, drainer, and gas fitter before transitioning into design engineering for public health services. His experience spans high-rise buildings, shopping centres, and airports. Prior to joining MOY, Lucas managed residential projects, which honed his project management skills and deepened his understanding of construction processes. This broad background equips him with a unique perspective that enriches his contributions to MOY's projects.

Outside of work, Lucas is passionate about triathlons, enjoying swimming and cycling as part of his fitness routine. His dedication to these activities reflects his commitment to discipline and endurance, qualities that he applies to his professional role.
