1979
MOY Group was established in Dublin, acting as a general contractor with various arms including construction, insulation, and flat roofing.
1988
MOY gained FM Global approval for its Modified Bitumen systems allowing us to consult with and provide systems for the Pharmaceutical and Computer Technology industries.
1990
MOY and Imper Italia jointly gained IAB/BBA certification.
2001
First UK FM project is secured with the Refurbishment of the Caterpillar Plant in Leicestershire.
2003
10 million m2 landmark achievement across the MOY Group.
2004
MOY secures first Data Centre project with Hyper-Scale client on Dublin campus.
2008
MOY obtains full system BBA Certification for Warm and Green roof Applications.
2010
Due to the death of the Celtic Tiger (Irish Recession) in 2008 and a crash in the construction industry, MOY UK has established offices in London.
2011
MOY Acquire Imper Roof in Glasgow, establishing localised logistical support for the UK market.
2014
MOY deliver the first European DC project for hyper-scale clients in the Netherlands.
2015
MOY gains foothold in UK critical infrastructure markets with success in the Pharma and Datacentre sectors.
2021
Sees a change in leadership within the company, with Cathal Quinn and Brian Conroy performing a Management Buy Out.

Partnership with FiberTite® , giving exclusive rights to Ireland, UK and the European regions.
