Once completed, The McEwan offered 476 homes designed exclusively for rent, along with next-generation resident amenities and 25,000 square feet of retail & leisure space. The neighbourhood, which had been purchased off-market from Grosvenor Great Britain and Ireland, sat at the heart of the historic Fountainbridge district in Scotland’s capital.
