Lead Architectural Technologist - Ireland

📍 Dublin HQ (with travel across IE, UK, Europe) | 🏢 Office-based | 🕒 Full-time, Permanent

MOY is seeking a Lead Architectural Technologist to join our Technical Department. Reporting to the Architectural Technologist Team Manager, this role is focused on delivering end-to-end technical support across our client base – including contractors, architects, surveyors, and public authorities. You will work closely with Sales, Design, Operations, and Site Field Technicians to ensure precision, technical compliance, and excellence across major projects.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical guidance, project specifications, and site inspections on new and existing projects
Draft bespoke drawings and develop/review BIM Revit models for project integration
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders in design meetings and technical training sessions
Support product innovation, market analysis, and sustainability initiatives within waterproofing systems
Assist with content development for NBS, the MOY website, and external marketing platforms

About you

Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Studies, or Environmental Science
Solid understanding of waterproofing systems, building regulations, and sustainable design principles
Experience with architectural drafting, project specifications, and BIM (Revit)
Excellent communicator with a proactive approach to site inspections and problem-solving
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across Ireland, the UK, and Europe
