We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join MOY and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations at our Dublin HQ.
Reporting to our Chief People Officer, this is a hands-on generalist role covering the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance, policy and offboarding. You’ll work closely with managers and senior leadership, helping us build strong HR processes and support our people as MOY continues to grow.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years’ HR generalist or management experience, strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment law, and experience supporting HR operations across both jurisdictions. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or above is required, while experience in construction, engineering or a similar technical environment would be an advantage.

Ireland | Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover
We’re looking for an Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator to join MOY and take ownership of the customer journey from initial quotation through to order and delivery.
This is a varied, customer-facing role combining sales, operations, logistics and project coordination. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers while working closely with our Sales, Technical, Procurement, Finance and Delivery teams, as well as suppliers and subcontractors.
We’re looking for an outgoing, confident communicator who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and equally at home speaking with customers as they are managing the detail behind an order. You’ll prepare and follow up on quotations, identify sales and upsell opportunities, coordinate deliveries and logistics, and help ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
Strong administration, Excel and reporting skills are essential. Experience in supply chain, logistics, construction, engineering or data centre projects would be an advantage, as would experience with ERP or CRM systems.
