Meet the Team

Alexandria is a Business Development Manager at MOY, specialising in critical infrastructure projects. Her focus is on building and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities to support clients' objectives, and driving business growth. She is also a co-founder of the Forum for Women in Data Centres, supporting greater representation and collaboration across the industry.

Alexandria has over 14 years of experience in the technology, property and mission critical sectors. She started her career managing operational and facilities functions before moving into bid and proposal management across multiple technology verticals, where she developed expertise in pursuing and securing complex projects. Alongside this, she led operational change - designing and implementing processes, governance frameworks, policies, audit structures and internal training programmes to support scalable, sustainable growth. More recently, Alexandria has focused on business development within the data centre sector, building strategic relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders to drive growth and create long-term value.

Outside of work, she loves travelling, spending time with her husband and kids and friends, discovering new coffee shops and foodie spots, and indulging her creative side through gardening, interior design and crafts. She is also passionate about mentoring, social mobility and helping people access opportunities and build their careers. More than anything, she love bringing people together. Whether it's hosting friends, making introductions or building communities, she gets a lot of joy from connecting people – something that naturally carries through to her professional life as well.
