Question 3
What are your interests outside of work, and how do they reflect his professional attributes?
I'm married with two kids. We live in the Glens of Antrim, where my wife is from, and both boys are heavily involved in sport, so my weekends are often spent on the side line supporting them. I'm also a big Liverpool fan and enjoy watching them play - although this season requires a fair bit of patience! At home, I take on plenty of DIY projects - not necessarily because I want to, but because my wife wants! It's taught me experience in terms of the patience, problem-solving, and persistence that are just as valuable in the workplace as they are at home.
