Jennie is a Fellow of the ACCA (FCCA) with over 20 years of senior finance leadership experience spanning real estate, renewable energy, technology, and building solutions. Having trained at Grant Thornton, she previously held Financial Controller and Finance Director roles at Ronan Group Real Estate, Eco Windpower, and Betdaq. Most recently, as Finance Director and Board Director at Falcon AM, she led the finance function for a major Irish real estate portfolio and played a central role in two landmark transactions - the €750m sale of Blanchardstown Shopping Centre in 2021 and its subsequent €560m disposal in 2024. Jennie brings extensive expertise in multi-entity reporting, treasury management, ERP implementation, financial due diligence, and Central Bank regulatory compliance, alongside advanced qualifications in Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Business Analytics, IFRS, and Tax. -
