Outside of work, Stephen operates a working ranch and serves as Founder and Executive Director of Paladin Farm & Ranch, a nonprofit supporting veterans and first responders through faith, mental health, and agricultural and equine programs - creating a new path forward for our nation's heroes. This work mirrors the same qualities he brings to client engagements: hands-on problem-solving, patient attention to detail, and a systems-level view of managing risk and outcomes over time. His work guiding veterans and first responders through recovery and reintegration also reflects the same relationship-building and trust he brings to technical advisory work - meeting people where they are and guiding them toward a clear, well-supported outcome.
